The Ahmad Al-Jaber Oil & Gas Exhibition is operated by Kuwait Oil Company. This page explains what we do — and don't do — with information when you visit this website.
What we don't collect
We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, fingerprinting, or any third-party tracking on this site. We do not build a profile of your visit, your device, or your interests. We do not sell or share any visitor information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Cookies
We only use cookies that are strictly necessary for the website to function — for example, remembering your language choice or your acknowledgement of this notice. These are stored on your device only, are never sent to advertising networks, and you can clear them at any time from your browser settings.
The email you give us when booking
When you reserve a visit through the Plan Your Visit form, we ask for your name, email address, and a few details about your booking (date, group size, language). We use this information for a single purpose: to confirm your reservation and communicate with you about your visit.
- Your email is not added to any marketing list.
- Your email is not shared with third parties.
- Your email is not used for any purpose beyond your booking.
- Booking records are kept only as long as needed for the visit and standard recordkeeping, then deleted.
How your data is protected
Booking data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections and handled by Kuwait Oil Company staff under KOC's standard information-security policies. Access is restricted to the people who process reservations.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to confirm what booking information we hold for you, correct it, or delete it. Contact us at ajoge@kockw.com and we'll respond as soon as possible.
Third-party services on this site
A small number of pages embed third-party content for the experience:
- Sienna accessibility widget — runs entirely in your browser, sets no cookies, and sends no data to our servers.
- Google Maps — used on the Plan Your Visit page so you can see the location. Google may set its own cookies when the map loads.
- Kuula 360° viewer — used on the Virtual Tour page for the panoramic experience.
Each of these is governed by its provider's own privacy policy. We don't share any of your information with them.
Changes to this policy
If we ever change how the site handles information, we'll update this page and reset the consent banner so you can review the changes.
